This 3 storey mid-terraced property was already configured as 3 x 1 bedroom flats with an existing HMO license. The flats were tired and neglected and in desperate need of upgrading and modernisation.
The objective of this project was to create 3 modern and comfortable flats that would be appealing to both the young professional and student market.
Scope of Work
The works began by removing the existing bathrooms and kitchens and removing all existing woodchip wallpaper. A full painting redecoration throughout, replacement of UPVC doors, new kitchens and new bathrooms in each flat and construction of fitted wardrobes and cupboards followed.
Our works concluded with the installation of new carpets and flooring followed by installation of new furniture and fixtures.
